To report an issue you can open a ticket using the SUNY System Administration Service and Support Center
SUNY System Administration Office of Information and Technology (OIT) business hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Normal system maintenance windows are scheduled for:
Tuesday & Thursday: 7pm-9pm Sunday: 8am-10am
NOTE: Business applications can have their own windows of availability. Please check with the appropriate System Administration functional office for more information.
