What scenarios prompt a second review?

Currently, a second review should be conducted for any course that is not granted transfer credit where

  1. the course was awarded credit at the sending (source) institution, and
  2. the student’s grade meets or exceeds the receiving campus’s minimum overall grade threshold for transfer credit

If a course meets the minimum overall grade threshold but does not meet a higher threshold required by a specific program or major, a secondary review must still be conducted to determine if the course may be applied to other requirement or elective areas.

Campuses may have added scenarios where they choose to conduct second reviews at their discretion or in accord with campus policies.
