Are SUNY campuses required to participate in cross registration during the summer and winter terms?

Campuses are encouraged to participate in the summer and winter terms to avoid extending a student’s time to degree. Where time to degree is not prolonged, campuses may opt-out of cross registration for the summer and winter mini-terms.
