The following is guidance for the initial setup of your campus transfer equivalencies in STEP.
After your campus reviews your data and the configuration settings, and is ready to make your campus "transfer-in" records available, you can easily do so by logging into the system, and requesting activation. Follow the steps below to activate records.
- Log in to STEP using your provided credentials.
- Select the Campus Editor icon in the top right to access your configuration menu.

- Select the "Campus Profile" menu item on the resulting page.

- When the Campus Profile page loads, find your "Record Status" pane near the top of the page. If your record is not active, it will appear red, and provide an option to activate the record.
- Click the "Activate" link.

- Complete the resulting form, and select the check box to request activation.
- After this is received, and your file is reviewed, it will be published publicly, and you will be notified via email.
