Service Overview
Business Intelligence (BI) enables advanced reporting on a variety of U-Wide applications running in the Enrollment Management and Financial Management Systems.
Common reports from data from the Enrollment Management system includes applicant payment status, applicant decision approvals, and tracking various aspects of student's academic life cycle.
Common reports from Financial Management system data includes various financial account records such as allocations, encumbrances, budgets, and pending expenditures. Payroll records from the 2002/2003 fiscal year are also available for reporting and includes snapshots of reconciled payroll periods as well as transactional data.
Service Scope
BI is available to both System Administration and Campus users. For access, campus users should speak to the local campus security administrator. System Administration users, please refer to the related BI account access request in our service catalog.
