Welcome to the SUNY Digital Transformation Project (DTP) Idea Submission Portal!
The purpose of this portal is to gather input and ideas from the SUNY community to help us identify business functional areas which will benefit the broadest range of SUNY students and staff. As you submit your ideas, we ask that you consider that there will not be any significant investment for Digital Transformation in the 2025-2026 budget. Yet we need to provide students, faculty and administrators the opportunity to provide Office of Information Technology (OIT) a way to provide input on improvements to existing DTP projects and help create an inventory of potential future projects or business improvements that could potentially be addressed within the current scope. Ideas and suggestions should include information on how the impact of the idea would be measured.
After you submit your idea, you will be given an ID number. Please keep this number, as you will use it to track the status of your idea after submission.
